Welcome to Harithand. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

 

1. Corporate Structure and Ownership

This website (www.harithandworld.com), the Harithand brand, and all associated ecommerce operations are owned and operated exclusively by Harithand SARL, a company incorporated in Lebanon.

Harithand SARL is the sole owner of HARITHAND brand.

2. Made-to-Order Production

All Harithand garments are produced specifically for the customer only after an order is placed and payment is confirmed. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that:

  • Because garments are handcrafted and produced only upon request, they are classified as bespoke or clearly personalized goods.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the available currencies and are collected by Harithand SARL via secure third-party payment processors.

4. Fulfillment and Shipping

All Harithand garments are prepared for shipment exclusively by Harithand SARL in Beirut, Lebanon.

  • Dispatch: Orders are shipped and exported by Harithand SARL using third-party courier services (e.g., DHL Express).
  • Import/Export: Harithand SARL acts as the Exporter of Record from Lebanon. The customer acts as the Importer of Record in the destination country.
  • Duties and Taxes: Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Harithand SARL does not control or collect these charges.
  • Delays: Harithand SARL is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, or courier disruptions.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Taking into consideration that goods made to the consumer’s specifications, orders are Final Sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.

  • Faulty Goods: If an item is received with a manufacturing defect, customers must contact info@harithandworld.com as soon as possible. Claims will be evaluated by Harithand SARL in coordination with the manufacturer.
  • Approved Returns: If a return is approved, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Bespoke alterations and personalized orders are strictly non-returnable.

6. Product Variations

As all garments are handcrafted by Harithand SARL, minor variations in stitching, draping, or embellishments are inherent to artisanal production and are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Harithand SARL or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
